Agatha is a motivated professional, an analytical thinker who excels at building dynamic teams that achieve continual process improvements and results through strong working relationships with peers, supervisors and external stakeholders. With 18years’ experience, she has helped both private and government enterprises advance on this front.

She is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Quomodo Systems Ltd where she manages the company’s operational processes and ensures that there is a superb customer experience and continuous process improvement. She drives a strategic approach in her deliverables and ensures that cost centers are generating the desired or projected revenues as expected.
Drawing from her strategic planning, business development, stakeholder management, negotiation, policy and risk analysis skills, she has delivered on audacious government intervention projects and effectively communicated findings to relevant stakeholders while working as an Assistant Director in a Federal Government agency.

She worked as a senior manager at Zenith Bank plc, where she notably developed and executed a branch network expansion project, which facilitated the quantum leap of the bank’s profit in the Abuja zone in addition to her responsibilities in branch management. Agatha also has experience in Operational and Strategic Generalist Human Resources Management. She worked alongside the HR Director whilst in Zenith to manage all the recruitment processes across the entire bank.

Agatha holds a first degree in Laws and Masters in Public Policy from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom and certifications in performance management and project management. She loves to read, research and travel. She is a lover of Christ and will always put the gospel at the forefront. She is married to a wonderful man and they have two lovely daughters.
